1) Refund/Return Policy
Unused NEW products may be returned within 30 days of the date the product is received. Customer pays for return shipping. Email fantasticfingerguides@gmail.com to request a refund and process the return. Please include your order number, product name that you like to return and an explanation as to why you are returning the product. There is no refund for used product. Purchased product should be returned to Fantastic Finger Guides LLC, 4630 Falls View Ave, West Linn, Oregon 97068. Please allow up to 5 business days to process the return and credit back your credit card or Paypal account once we receive the product back. We will send you an e-mail once we receive your product.
2) Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel their order before the order being shipped. Email Fantastic Finger Guides at fantasticfingerguides@gmail.com to request your order to be canceled. Product purchased before 4:00 PM Monday through Friday is shipped the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM are shipped by 4:00 PM the next business. Orders received after 4:00 PM on Friday are shipped by 3:00 PM on Saturday. Orders received on Saturday after 3:00 PM or Sunday are shipped by Monday at 4:00 PM.
3) Method of Refund
Refunds are processed electronically back to the credit card or Paypal account for which the product was purchased. Allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
4) Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Goods
We want our customers to have the best experience possible. If we ship you a damaged, defective or incorrect good, please send an e-mail to fantasticfingerguides@gmail.com and we will make things right. We can easily ship out new product to replace the damaged, defective or incorrect product.
5) How to request a return or a refund
To request a return or refund please send an email to fantasticfingerguides@gmail.com. Include your order number, name and product that you would like to return. Include the reason for the return or refund.
6) Shipping & Packing Costs
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Shipping is free using USPS First Class Package service.
7) Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return goods. Product should be shipped to Fantastic Finger Guides LLC, 4630 Falls View Ave, West Linn, Oregon, 97068.
8) Products Returned Exceeding the Return Period
There is no refund for product returned after the 30 day return period.
